It was also pointed out to us that height-adjustable handles can be essential if mum and dad are significantly different heights. Another thing we were asked by the sales assistant was whether we lived in a flat: it's an additional logistical challenge to get a baby and their mode of transport up a flight of stairs every time you come home!
