Saying thank you this April

Though everything is changing daily for us all and life is definitely feeling a bit weird, one thing that hasn't changed is the support of YOU, our incredible customers.

While we wouldn't usually be the types to be quoting Shakespeare, as I sat and thought about this post and how to express our thanks, I thought some words from a maestro might help do the job : 

So here he is....

"I can no other answer make but thanks, and thanks, and ever thanks."

Sums it up better than a single thank you, I think.

In March...

We took and dispatched thousands of your orders.

We received umpteen calls, and emails, and messages in social, offering support and thanks and virtual fist bumps.

And we've introduced tons of new customers and families to the world of reusable alternatives who might not otherwise have given it a thought. 

We did all that with a warehouse operating at fulfilment capacity, whilst also taking into consideration daily revisions of health and safety and social distancing measures.

And we couldn't have done any of it without your patience and support.

We couldn't be more proud of ourselves or of you for helping us spread the word and for helping us get through the backlog in record time and so, to show our thanks, we're making UK delivery FREE on all orders over £35 for the month of April (usually over £50).
