No period dramas with our extra absorbent 4 layer period pants, which are great for wearing by themselves during the day or for sports activities such as cycling, horse riding, yoga etc.

'I wore them on my 2nd heavy day on a trip to Go Ape with the kids.  No leakage, no movement and felt really comfy and soft all day.  I have also worn them during an energetic yoga class and they were perfect'

The body of the pant is nylon and elastane (75%/25%) and the lining and the middle layer are cotton/elastane (95%/5%).  With 4 layers to give you maximum protection but also keeping you comfortable:

  • moisture wicking
  • highlyabsorbent
  • never leak
  • breathable fabric

As with any sanitary option, if you're using these as your only means of protection, we recommend that you change them during the day, just like you would a pad or tampon.

PLEASE NOTE - these sizes come up large, so if you're unsure, got for a size smaller than your usual size.

Perfect period Panties
Friday, 21 September 2018  |

Firstly, I have been looking for a pair of reseaonably priced period pants for the longest time! I have been using the menstral cup for a few months now and wanted some pants to use along side it, then I found these!! And they are amazing!
They are comfy (they feel like usual pants when wearing), Easy to clean, discrete and actually rather pretty with the lacy detailing! The only thing I would comment on is that it would be nice if they came in a variety of colours (maybe a nude pair).
Overall Iím very pleased with this product, so much so that I have reordered and now have my 2nd pack Of 3 on their way!

Fab pair of pants
Monday, 10 September 2018  |

I came to the website looking for reusable pads but came across these and new I had to give them a try! I am a committed menstrual cup user but wanted something instead of pads for the first day and night of my period and then something I could wear on its own for the last day or so when my flow is less heavy. These pants are definitely the answer! Let me sleep peacefully without worrying about leaks and kept me dry and comfortable on a very warm day in London. Take a little while to dry after washing but that is to be expected. Already considering buying another pair!

Comfort and a saving
Thursday, 6 September 2018  |

I am in fact using my pants for stress incontinence. I am able to use a really slim panty liner instead of a thick Tena pad. It is much more comfortable and a great saving too. They are also pretty and feminine. I advise selecting one size smaller than you normally would. I ordered a size too big but these were promptly exchanged and postage refunded to me.

Love love love these!
Wednesday, 5 September 2018  |

I ordered one pair to try and I absolutely loved them - and I've just ordered more! They are so comfortable, you can't tell the difference at all when you're wearing them. I use them as backup to a menstrual cup so I can't comment on the absorption for "full flow", but certainly as backup I didn't have any worries in the slightest. I'd recently switched from regular liners to cloth sanitary pads, but these period pants are SO MUCH BETER than either of those options! The only thing I'm not totally in love with is the very high waist (much higher than I'm used to), but that's not enough to stop me from lowering my rating. If you're considering buying these - DO IT! Seriously, order a pair and give them a go. I don't think you'll regret it!

Thanks 😊.

Great pants. Shame about the packaging
Monday, 20 August 2018  |

Pants are lovely. Disappointed the product info didn't say what they were made of. I searched cotton period pants in google and these came up. But they are not cotton. Also, what's with the plastic packaging? Came in a plastic packet with each pair in another plastic packet. Maybe they are biodegradable but please research this cheeky wipes, biodegradable plastic can still take a seriously long time to degrade. Even degradable plastic can pollute!!!!!!!!! Seriously annoyed about this. Bought these to reduce waste, can you please do the same?

Response:

Hi Alison, thanks for taking the time to review the pants and I hope you are finding them effective? Apologies you couldn't find the material info - we will rectify that on the site - the body of the pant is nylon and elastane (75%/25%) and the lining and the middle layer are cotton/elastane (75%/25%). Since the start of this year we've been consciously reducing our plastic. We've switched to biodegradable postage bags and stopped using plastic lined jiffy bags. We've also changed ALL our packaging for production runs this year, and the majority of our wipes now have a paper banderole rather than shrink wrapped plastic. We are always looking at ways to improve/evolve our packaging and will be looking at the period pants next. Hopefully you'll understand that as a small company we're doing our best to listen to our customers and act in response.

Fantastic value

I have another much more expensive pair of period underwear. When I saw these at less than £9 a pair I had to try.
They are less comfortable than my others because the fit does not seem as good but they 100% did the job, I wore one pair all night and the next morning until my shower- so 12 hours and they did not leak. Out of interest I also measured exactly how much liquid they could take before leaking. Apply it only in one area they handed 15ml before starting to wick around the edges.
I love how they provide protection from the top of the front to top of the back. While my flow is not very heavy it does seem to miss a pad and lead to leaks front and back. Didn't have any issues with these in that department.,
It felt very nice to get into bed with my husband waring these discreet knickers as apposed to giant wings and potential stained sheets.
In terms of cleaning I graver them a rise and a squeeze and then put them in the machine. And best of all- less waste!
Well worth a try.

Larger than expected!
Monday, 30 July 2018  |

I ordered the 14-16 as that's my usual size. I've only tried on over underwear as not need to use them yet, but I'd say the size feels more like an 18+. The fabric is quite loose around the buttocks!

They're not quite falling-down loose so I think I'll keep them to try, but I'd definitely size-down in future.

Best Pants EVER!!!

I got these as I love the cloth pads Cheeky Wipes do. They are so comfortable and do not leak at all even on a heavy day. Iím not a small girl definitely bigger than a 16 and the 16/18 fitted me nicely. I wish Iíd bought more. So nice to not have to technically wear anything at that time. They arenít very thick at all but are so absorbent like magic. I would say only slightly thicker than your average cotton pants. Thinner than regular pads or cloth pads. Iíll definitely be stocking up.

Fantastic value

I have tried cloth pads on and off over the years and never really took to them. I mostly use a cup but sometimes like the security of having a pad too. These are so comfortable and stay in place really well (but snug fitting pants are a must!). I think they are terrific value and my order came super fast.

Great product!
Monday, 10 September 2018  |  Claire

We have been pleasantly surprised by how easy the switch has been and like that you can still use them out and about with the travel bags. You do need to be pretty disciplined and organised with keeping supplies fresh and would definitely suggest a second pack of wipes so you have plenty for wash rotation. We wash them on a 60 degree wash so they are totally clean and have no issue then using bum wipes for hands and face. Although there is the option to have white ones for hands and face and colours for the bum, comes down to personal preference, but they genuinely clean and fresh. We really started looking at this option because my youngest has really sore nappy rash from every wipe brand we've tried leading to us spending a small fortune on sudocream and other such products. Since using cloth wipes its been a miracle for his bum as its no longer red and sore. I love how usually 1 wipe does the job whereas you need to use some 5-6 packet wipes and we were going through them pack after pack with 2 boys! So bottom line buy them we wouldn't go back now having changed across.

Never looked back!!
Friday, 31 August 2018  |  Becky

I bought these around 18 months ago and they still look like new. I originally ran on night pads and liners which was fine. These cope with 'flooding' amazingly well, I have never had a leak. They haven't stained and they are not gross at all. I was sceptical to read that period pain can be reduced by switching from disposables but its true. My flow is a little lighter and doesn't last as long. I just chuck them in with the washing or with the nappies. I now have a few day pads for the last day, purely because they looked pretty and I'm slightly addicted. They are so soft and don't move around in my underwear even thought they're a shiney material. I use the liners every day just chucking them in the normal wash and they are still like new. Granted they're slightly more grey than white on top but I can deal with that. These are by far some of the cheapest CSP out there. I have tried slightly cheaper but these are made so much better. The quality is untouchable.

Feeling at peace with reusable wipes!
Thursday, 30 August 2018  |  Alice

I have been feeling guilty. I'm on my second child and adding to landfill like there's no tomorrow. My husband would use baby wipes to clean the child... car... floor... but I just did not like the idea of poo covered wipes being reusable. However, after finding cheeky wipes via instagram, reading reviews and watching videos I thought why not, it doesn't seem that difficult to reduce m! And it's not! I got the all in one kit, rainbow wipes (so I couldn't see the poo) with extra microfiber ones for the dinner table. Filled up the boxes with a bit of help from videos to work out where to fill the water to and which oils to use where (tea tree is the mucky one if you can't guess) and I was away! Absolutely brilliant, it's true that I've only used one wipe per dirty nappy and it's actually now quite a calming activity with the smell of lavender and chamomile. The panic I had over dealing with soiled fabric is not an issue - they just get popped in the mucky box and then easily into the washing machine using the bag. I've taken them out and about with no issue and have introduced them to my little one's nursery. One microfibre wipe has taken over from multiples of baby wipes at the dinner table and I'm so pleased I switched. Who knows, if there's a third child I might even think about reusable nappies.

Really surprised!!
Thursday, 23 August 2018  |  Carly

I purchased the all in one re usable baby wipes kit as I had seen it advertised on facebook. I've always used baby wipes for convenience, but sometimes i feel that I should be doing more for the environment so I took the plunge and bought washable ones. I was a little unsure at first. The kit takes moments to set up and then it is ready to use. Strangely , I couldn't wait for my son to have a poo so I could really test them out!. Well i didnt have to wait long. It only took one wipe to thoroughly clean a poo explosion!. I couldn't believe it. Even my husband was surprised. I've had the wipe kit for nearly 2 weeks now and I won't be going back to disposables. I've washed them and they have come out lovely. I change the water in the fresh tub every 2 days to freshen them up and wash the mucky ones in dettol laundry cleanser on a 30 or 60 wash. I even took them out on a trip for the first time and the travel bags are so easy to use. My little one is always lovely and clean. I will be recommending to them to everyone and will be buying more re usable products from cheeky wipes in the future!

So much easier than disposable wipes
Thursday, 23 August 2018  |  Sarah

Even my husband (who is all about convenience) was totally sold on using these wipes after just one use of them. So much easier than messing about trying to get disposable wipes out of their packet. Plus you only like need to use 1 or 2 per dirty nappy (when you would normally need 5 or 6 wipes).

Surprisingly not gross
Monday, 30 July 2018  |  Fiona

The idea of reusable loo roll was a bit of an uneasy decision, but I wanted to try it. Iíve seen sewage treatment plants and blocked drains frequently through my job, so could certainly see the positives of making such a change.
I have to say that I love it. Itís a much cleaner feeling than traditional loo roll, and the bag system is great inside the mucky box. I have invested in some laundry sanitiser to kill any bacteria that will be growing in the box. This has addressed all of my concerns, and I actually dislike having to use normal toilet paper when Iím out now. Thank you for helping me with this change - I love it! I do have to say that I havenít felt confident to tell anyone yet though - Iím not sure a lot of people would be ready to accept such a change...
