Subscription FAQ's
How does the subscription work? Easy! Choose which style and size you want. Try our period advice questionnaires if you're unsure. Once a month, we'll send you a new pair of period pants.
Can I cancel anytime? There's a minimum 3 month subscription because we need to cover our costs, but after that, you can cancel any time!
What if I want to change my style? No problem. Drop us a line to customer services and we'll change that for you.
Does the period pants 90 day risk free trial apply to these? The 90 day trial applies to ONE pair of period pants. So try your first pair and see how you get on. Keep the others and you can return them at the end of the 90 day period if they aren't for you.

90 Day Trial
We love our Cheeky pants and think you will too, but if this is your first time trying out reusable period protection we understand you might be unsure if they're for you. Lucky for you, we run a 90 day trial on our period pants so you can take them for a test drive before deciding whether or not to make the switch.
Any pants returned outside of the trial can only be returned/exchanged if they have been tried on OVER clean underwear and not prewashed.
How absorbent are they?
You know your cycle best and we recommend you change your protection in line with your flow. If you go through many tampons or pads per day, then you'll need to change these more frequently. However with the absorbent protection right from the front to rear waistband, you have full coverage, even when sleeping.

I'm not sure what I need to get?
That's ok! Take our Period protection questionnaire.
Machine wash cold (maximum 30 degrees) and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or put them in the tumble dryer.
You don't need to suffer with stress incontinence. Using a pelvic floor toner can really make a difference!
