How to use:

  • Keep the pads stored dry in your box or bag, ready for use
  • To remove make-up, smooth the coconut oil or your favourite cleanser over your face with your fingertips, gently massaging it in
  • Your mascara will literally just melt, without rubbing or pulling
  • run a clean pad under the hot tap
  • wipe off the coconut oil and makeup using the hot pad
  • run another pad under the cold tap and gently refresh your face, leaving it clean and moisturised

Good size and wash really well
Friday, 17 August 2018  |

I have been trying to reduce the amount of waste I create and an easy swap was using the Cheeky Wipes Eye Make Up Removal Pads. I bought two packs initially as I wasnít sure how big they would be and how many Iíd need to use. 1 pack of 10 is definitely enough for me as they are a really good size. I use them mainly for my toner as I have another set of cloths for my full cleansing. The second pack will not go to waste though, I have given them to my mum who also loves them. They wash really well and have stayed a nice bright white even though Iíve washed with darks etc. They have also stayed lovely and soft after washing.

Many uses!

Iím sure these lovely soft pads will be great for taking of makeup but weíve used them for cleaning eyes instead of cotton wool when conjunctivitis threatens - as happens in a house with a toddler! Great they can then get chucked in the wash and reused 👍

So soft x

I personally hate cotton wool so thought these a fab idea. They are really soft but strong. I used as advised with coconut oil and it was amazing makeup came off easily and my face is clean and soft after rather than feeling that odd drained feeling after most makeup removers.

Reusable Cotton Pads
Friday, 13 July 2018  |

They work perfectly. A little larger than I would like and after the first wash, they seem to have shrunk slightly so aren't quite as flat and soft as when new. But still great and will continue to use them rather than disposable ones

Iíve only been using these a short time but find them a great alternative to cotton wool pads. I use them with my own regular products and they do a fab job. Once used, I pop them into a netting bag to sling them all in the wash together. I donít yet know how these wipes stand up to regular washing, but so far they wash up well and Iím very happy with my purchase!

Sturdy, great design

The boxes are well made and sturdy. Like the colour coding of the kits with the essential oils. Ordered the pink box as a variation for reusable sanitary products. Love the design feature of the hooks with the net so you donít need to get your hands in the soaking solution.

Great first impressions

I have wanted to try non disposables for a long time to cut the amount of throwaway plastic I am using. I have used these for the first time and am really pleasantly surprised...they are beautifully soft and they clean up really well with no staining so far (I purchased a mucky box to soak them in before washing) They do move about slightly but will try tighter fitting underwear as suggested in other reviews...no leakages so far as theyíre super absorbent. Will definitely try the thinner cotton ones for towards the end of my period.

Chuck away your Tena lights!

As someone who wears a "just in case" incontinence pad, I was getting really tired of buying pads, wearing them and putting them into landfill, especially when 99% of the time I hadn't needed to wear one anyway.
I bought some of these initially to wear around the house, at least I thought I will be reducing the amount I use. Now I wear them everywhere!

I ordered three pairs and I'm going back for more...... I suffer with mehorragia and it usually looks like a horror movie even with two maternity pads but these little beauts kept everything in overnight no stress!
Definitely buying more.
My only criticisism is that they sit quite low..... I'd like them to come up slightly higher for all out Bridget Jones comfort!

A great way to reduce your plastic use.

I tried washable sanitary pads 15 years ago but found they just didnít keep me dry. These Cheekywipes pads are a whole different thing! I bought two to try and now Iíve ordered another ten; I wonít be going back to disposable pads. Theyíre comfortable, absorbent and donít slide around (as long as you follow the advice about the nap on the back). Highly recommended x

Loving it

Iíve only had these wipes for a week but as a busy childminder they have impacted well in my setting. As you can imagine lots of runny noses and bum changes needed attending to and I love the feel and smell of these. Iíve also asked the children and they prefer them too. Much nicer than wet wipes. Iíve even used them to wipe down hard surfaces in the kitchen. Iíll definitely be carrying on.

I have tried cloth pads on and off over the years and never really took to them. I mostly use a cup but sometimes like the security of having a pad too. These are so comfortable and stay in place really well (but snug fitting pants are a must!). I think they are terrific value and my order came super fast.

Great product!

We have been pleasantly surprised by how easy the switch has been and like that you can still use them out and about with the travel bags. You do need to be pretty disciplined and organised with keeping supplies fresh and would definitely suggest a second pack of wipes so you have plenty for wash rotation. We wash them on a 60 degree wash so they are totally clean and have no issue then using bum wipes for hands and face. Although there is the option to have white ones for hands and face and colours for the bum, comes down to personal preference, but they genuinely clean and fresh. We really started looking at this option because my youngest has really sore nappy rash from every wipe brand we've tried leading to us spending a small fortune on sudocream and other such products. Since using cloth wipes its been a miracle for his bum as its no longer red and sore. I love how usually 1 wipe does the job whereas you need to use some 5-6 packet wipes and we were going through them pack after pack with 2 boys! So bottom line buy them we wouldn't go back now having changed across.

Never looked back!!
Friday, 31 August 2018  |  Becky

I bought these around 18 months ago and they still look like new. I originally ran on night pads and liners which was fine. These cope with 'flooding' amazingly well, I have never had a leak. They haven't stained and they are not gross at all. I was sceptical to read that period pain can be reduced by switching from disposables but its true. My flow is a little lighter and doesn't last as long. I just chuck them in with the washing or with the nappies. I now have a few day pads for the last day, purely because they looked pretty and I'm slightly addicted. They are so soft and don't move around in my underwear even thought they're a shiney material. I use the liners every day just chucking them in the normal wash and they are still like new. Granted they're slightly more grey than white on top but I can deal with that. These are by far some of the cheapest CSP out there. I have tried slightly cheaper but these are made so much better. The quality is untouchable.
