(1) Shipping Information - UK
We've tried to find the most cost-effective ways to ship your items to you - whilst ensuring that they arrive safe and sound and in a timely manner. We have proof of postage for all items, so in the unlikely event that your order should go astray, we will be able to claim from Royal Mail. If your order is returned to us for non-delivery / non-collection, we may have to charge you again for redelivery.
- Standard Postage & Packing takes about 3 - 4 working days with Royal Mail tracked. A signature is not required but if you aren't home, the postman will leave it in your designated safe place. It costs £3.50 per order. Postage is free for orders over £40.
- UK Priority Handling is a 48 hour service also using Royal Mail tracked service. It costs £4.95 for all orders.
If you need an order by a deadline date, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you out. We haven't let anyone down yet!
(2) Shipping Information - US, Canada & Rest of the WorldAlthough, we've tried to be cost effective when shipping worldwide, our priority is your goods arriving safely and quickly. For this reason we've chosen Royal Mail Air Sure which is a priority handling, signed for, delivery service. Packages are also insured appropriately. For this peace of mind, our shipping costs are approximately £14 per kilo / item.
(3) Shipping Information - EU
Although, we've tried to be cost effective when shipping to the EU, our priority is your goods arriving safely and quickly. For this reason we've chosen Royal Mail Air Sure which is a priority handling, signed for, delivery service. Packages are also insured appropriately. For this peace of mind, our shipping costs are approximately £11 per kilo / item.
(4) Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible but not later than a week after delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. We prefer to accept orders online as it is more secure. All prices on our site are in GBP and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods include payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Visa Delta.
Important: Your billing address must match the cardholder's statement address.

At this time, we can accept online credit card payments issued by most VISA or Mastercard companies, however payments will be in GBP.

We value your confidence in our products and endeavour to provide accurate product information about each item on our site. Please note:
Colours. While we have taken care to choose images which represent the colour of the articles, please be aware that each computer screen will show colours differently.

Availability
We track stock levels and our store should be able to identify if a particular item is in stock. If not, please send us an e-mail via the contact us page and we'll let you know when it will be available.

Cheques must clear our bank before products will be shipped. We will notify you of the shipment of your order by e-mail.
