VIP Programme

If you think you’ll be coming back to top up on smaller items, refresh your stash of your favourite items or try something new, our VIP scheme is a great option and once you have signed up, UK postage will be FREE on all orders over £5 (via RM tracked).  We also offer our VIPs priority handling during busy sale times so you won’t have to wait too long for your order to be dispatched.

There are two ways to join the Cheeky Wipes VIP programme

Firstly, any time you are making a purchase, you can choose to pay a one-off, upfront payment of £9.95 when you checkout and we’ll automatically add you to the VIP programme. Make sure that if you select this checkout option, you create an account.  If you checkout as a guest,  we can’t upgrade you to VIP. 

Alternatively, if you have previously ordered with us and have spent £100 or more, either in one order, or over a few orders we will add you to our VIP list and drop you an email to let you know.  Keep an eye out for an email from our Customer Services Team.  One point to mention is that this a manual process and although we are pretty thorough, at peak times, it can get kind of hectic. So if you think you qualify for this, but haven't been contacted, drop us an email and we’ll take a look for you.
