No more 'oops' moments with Cheeky Wipes Emma James Physio

How to ease incontinence symptoms short term and build strength and tone long term

>Incontinence and 'oops moments' are not things we've ever shied away from speaking about openly here at Cheeky HQ.

Whether it's when out for a run, jumping on a trampoline, as a result of surgery or childbirth, or just because pelvic floor muscles - the foundation of everything down below - that are perhaps under (or over) used and under-exercised get a bit unforgiving over time.

You'll have heard us reference all of the above instances in our own experiences if you've ever contacted us via Live Chat or completed one of our questionnaires and they're precisely the reasons we designed our Cloth Pads, Liners and Pants as we have too; for periods AND pee.

And happily, LOADS of you agree and rave about the comfort, security and confidence they give you on these occasions but - amazing as we know they are - we're assisting and easing symptoms, not providing long terms solutions or fixes. ]

That's where our partnership with Emma James comes in, with her wealth of knowledge and experience as a Women and Men's Physio and Pelvic Floor Health Specialist.

And she's currently working quite publicly with Rachel Horne of Virgin Radio who has been working closely with Emma since announcing her entry to the London Marathon to share that knowledge with an even wider audience.

After chatting excitedly about our colliding worlds, we agreed to kick off our new partnership with a series of content from Emma that we'll be publishing over the next few days / weeks via our blog. A great source of info (and a reminder that we're not alone in these experiences). Keep an eye out here and we'll no doubt share the blogs as they're published via our social pages too as a reminder.

The first is found here : https://www.cheekywipes.com/blog/emma-james-physio-guest-blog-1-understanding-our-pelvic-floor-muscles-and-what-we-can-do-about-them.html

As well as that, we've got

Both hosted by us and featuring Helen and Emma having a chat and answering your questions so follow us on the above pages if you don't already and get your questions lined up. Anything goes!

Emma has also very kindly given us 1 Mummy MOT session (worth £150) to give away to a lucky winner so watch out for that too.

But that little lot is just the beginning so watch this space for more to come.

We really do believe it takes lots of people coming together to holistically solve issues like these and make lasting lifestyle changes a reality (and possibility).

This is hopefully one step we can help you with on the way there.....

And, in the meantime, if you'd like to know more about Emma herself, Rachel's journey as one of her clients, or how Emma helps her many varied clients visit https://www.ejphysio.co.uk/ and learn more about her free virtual consultations as well as her new Wellness Hub in Berkhamsted which opened just this month.

We look forward to hearing from you at one of these Lives and would love to hear if this is helpful to you so please do get in touch.

All the love, Team Cheeky x
