Purchase FREE VIP Postage for life on all further orders (UK only), for a one-off payment of £9.95. Select this delivery option when you checkout and you'll then be *automatically added to our VIP postage list. This means that all further orders (of any size) will be sent FREE of postage and packing charges via RM tracked. Your orders will also qualify for priority handling, so during busy sale times, your order will be processed first for immediate dispatch. *Please note that you MUST create an account for this option as we can't add it to guest checkouts.

We have proof of postage for all items, so in the unlikely event that your order should go astray, we will be able to claim from Royal Mail, however we ask you to check with your local post office collection point first as occasionally the red cards left by the postman do go astray. If your order is returned to us for non-delivery / non-collection, we may have to charge you again for redelivery.
Delivery to mainland Europe via Royal Mail and Fedex are available. As the UK is no longer part of the European Customs Union, items sent internationally may be charged VAT and Customs in the destination country. Currently it is at the discretion and decision of the destination country and out of our control as to whether charges will be incurred so it is difficult for us to know whether you will be charged or not.
These costs are unfortunately out of control and are the responsibility of the customer and as such we are not able to refund shipping costs on any overseas orders that are declined because of customs charges.
We ensure all our orders sent outside of the UK are accompanied by a customs declaration which states what the item is, the item's value, and that it is a commercial product. We advise that you check with your local customs for further information in regards to what customs charges your delivery may incur, and sadly we cannot accept any liability for charges based on the above information.
For international orders the shopping basket will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping method and a price based on the content of your basket. If the basket displays that no delivery method is valid, please contact us and we will provide a quotation via email. Currently we are not able to ship orders containing OILS to Spain

If you haven't imported goods from abroad before, please be aware that you will usually have to pay import duties and taxes. To give an example, importing into the UK from Canada, import VAT plus customs duties would be payable which come to approximately 33% on top of the cost of goods. Please check with your local tax office to understand how much you may be charged on imports.

Information on dispatch & delivery
- We work a 4 day week at Team Cheeky, to give our staff better work / life balance. That means orders are dispatched Mon-Thurs and Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Need something urgently?
Mon to Thurs, order before 12pm select our Royal Mail 24 tracked option at £4.95 and we'll dispatch it same day for next day delivery. Alternatively, order before 11am for DPD next working day delivery.
Orders on Thursday after 12pm and Friday won't be dispatched until Saturday or Monday. If you choose Royal Mail 24, we'll dispatch on Saturday and your order should arrive by Monday. DPD shipping is only available on orders placed Monday - Thursday (11am)
Orders on Saturday or Sunday choosing Royal Mail 24 or DPD will be dispatched on Monday for receipt Tuesday. Choosing Royal Mail 48 means your order may be dispatched Tuesday or Wednesday if we have had a very busy weekend!
Pre-order: If your order contains any items on pre-order, we will hold your whole order until everything is in stock. We do indicate this on the basket page and your confirmation email so double check there if your order has some pre-order items.
