If you don't get an immediate response, leave a message (a little like leaving a voicemail) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
By email: Our amazing team will endeavour to reply to your emails within 48hrs (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm - except during annual sales time when it takes us a little longer!) and if your mail is urgent or you need to cancel your order use our email address email@example.com and write URGENT HELP NEEDED in the subject line.

When will I receive my order? Our orders can take Royal Mail 2-3 days to deliver from when they are dispatched. If you are chasing an order that you placed more than 5 days ago (that doesn’t contain any items on pre-order) please check your spam or junk folder for a dispatch email.
I have an item on pre-order. We will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered item is in stock. This currently affects Wheat bags, BLUE fresh boxes and our NEW GREY FRESH & MUCKY BOXES as standalone items and in kits. The boxes are expected to arrive with us at the end of July. Can I amend or add to my order or pre-order? Can you send out the items in stock now with the pre-order items to follow? Due to high volumes, we can't amend any orders or pre-orders which have already been placed.
My discount code didn't work - We love to surprise our customers by running different offers and discounts each month. Only one offer/discount code can be used per order and discount codes are only valid on FULL PRICE items. If you add a discount code, it may override any free gift or promotion on offer as only one offer can be used per order. Remove the free items by clicking on the dustbin icon next to them, or remove the discount code by clicking on the dustbin icon next to the total.
I have signed up/referred a friend but haven't received my discount code - Do check your spam or junk folder for the email with the code. If you haven't received it, get in touch with us and we can take a look for you.

If you are having issues completing your order, please check your email or junk folder for a confirmation email as it is likely that the order and payment have gone through. If you still encounter issues, drop us an email and we can take a look for you. The website is extremely busy so may be running a little slower than usual.
