You can get in touch with us via our Live Chat function on the site from 10am Monday - Friday if you need an immediate answer or have a general question about your order. If you don't get an immediate response, leave a message (a little like leaving a voicemail) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
You can also drop us an email email@example.com please allow 48 hrs for us to respond (Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm). If your email is urgent, or you need to cancel your order, use our email address and write URGENT HELP NEEDED in the subject line

Can I amend or add to my order or pre-order? Can you send out the items in stock now with the pre-order items to follow? Due to high volumes, we can't amend any orders or pre-orders which have already been placed. The orders are printed according to date and then filed according to pre-order product, it is a mammoth task for the warehouse team to go through them.
When will I receive my order? Current dispatch times are approx. 5 days from receiving your order, plus 2 to 3 days for delivery. If you are chasing an order that you placed more than 8 days ago (that doesn’t contain any items on pre-order) please check your spam or junk folder for a dispatch email.
Pre-order items. If your order contains any items on pre-order, we will hold your order until everything is in stock. We do indicate this on the basket page and your confirmation email so double check there if your order has some pre-order items. Our stock is slowly arriving so keep an eye out for your dispatch email.
My order hasn’t completed. If you are having issues completing your order, please check your email or junk folder for a confirmation email as it is likely that the order and payment have gone through. If you still encounter issues, drop us an email and we can take a look for you. The website is extremely busy so may be running a little slower than usual.
