Thanks for helping us get to our 12th Birthday, we couldn’t have done it without you! During our sale we are inundated with customer enquiries. Please bear with us as we get through them all. We have listed some common FAQs that relate to our sale period so check those out below.
Our amazing Customer Services team will endeavour to reply to your emails within 72hrs and if your mail is urgent or you need to cancel your order use our email address email@example.com and write URGENT HELP NEEDED in the subject line.
Our live chat function on the site is available between 10-2 Monday to Friday. Please bear with us if you have to wait a little longer to be connected. If you don't get an immediate response, leave a message (a little like leaving a voicemail) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

No amends to orders
Due to high volumes, we can't amend any orders which have already been placed.
When will I receive my order?
Current dispatch times are approx. 5 working days from receiving your order, plus 2 to 3 days for delivery. If you are chasing an order that you placed more than 8 days ago (that doesn’t contain any items on pre-order) please check your spam or junk folder for a dispatch email.
If your order contains any items on pre-order, we will hold your order until everything is in stock. We do indicate this on the basket page and your confirmation email so double check there if your order has some pre-order items.
Has the discount been applied?
The sale discount will automatically be applied to your basket, there is no code to enter. The price of the items and the total in your basket is the discounted price.
No other discounts are valid during the sale including welcome discounts, referral discounts or multi buy discounts.
My order hasn’t completed
If you are having issues completing your order, please check your email or junk folder for a confirmation email as it is likely that the order and payment have gone through. If you still encounter issues, drop us an email and we can take a look for you. The website is extremely busy so may be running a little slower than usual.
