Best way to get in contact is our live chat function on the site is available between 10.30am - 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you don't get an immediate response, leave a message (a little like leaving a voicemail) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
By email: Our amazing team will endeavour to reply to your emails within 48hrs (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm - except during annual sales time when it takes us a little longer!) and if your mail is urgent or you need to cancel your order use our email address firstname.lastname@example.org and write URGENT HELP NEEDED in the subject line.

When will I receive my order?
Our orders can take Royal Mail 2-3 days to deliver from when they are dispatched. If you are chasing an order that you placed more than 5 days ago (that doesn’t contain any items on pre-order) please check your spam or junk folder for a dispatch email.
How do preorders work?
We will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered item is in stock. This currently affects some items in our Incontinence Range.
Can I amend or add to my order or pre-order?
Can you send out the items in stock now with the pre-order items to follow? Due to high volumes, we can't amend any orders or pre-orders which have already been placed.
Has the discount been applied?
We love to surprise our customers by running different offers and discounts each month. Only one offer/discount code can be used per order and discount codes are only valid on FULL PRICE ITEMS. Gift vouchers are excluded from all discounts. If you add a disount code, it may overide a free product/multibuy offer/discount as only one offer can be used. You can remove the free items by clicking on the dutbin icon next to them or remove the discount code by clicking on the dustbin icon next to the total.
I have signed up/referred a friend Why haven't I received my discount code after signing up/referring a friend?
Do check your spam or junk folder for the email with the code. If you haven't received it, get in touch with us and we can take a look for you.
Why hasn't my order been completed?
If you are having issues completing your order, please check your email or junk folder for a confirmation email as it is likely that the order and payment have gone through. If you still encounter issues, drop us an email and we can take a look for you. The website is extremely busy so may be running a little slower than usual.
