Why aren't Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders received within 48 hours?

Cheeky Wipes aren't a huge company like Amazon. Our staff are mostly parents and wish to spend time with their families at the weekend. So, if you order late on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we won't dispatch your order until Monday or Tuesday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend. However, order on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and your order should be dispatched the next working day at the latest, for receipt two days later.

You may already have gathered but we take sustainability seriously at Cheeky Wipes. So much so, that in 2021 we were awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise in the Sustainability category.

In addition, we're a Sussex based business and we pay our staff fairly, well above the National Living Wage. We also pay ALL our taxes and believe that all companies selling in the UK have a corporate responsibility to do so. It doesn't seem fair or equitable that a company such as Amazon UK paid just £3.8m more corporation tax in 2020 than in 2019, even as sales increased by £1.89bn.
