Please print and use this form to return your goods.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. We do not cover the postage charge for sending back unwanted items or items for an exchange. 

  • Please do not send back used/worn items. Our Warehouse Manager has to personally handle the returns and she doesn't appreciate surprises of obviously worn pants.
  • Items must be sent back in their original state in perfect resaleable condition. Items that are damaged or not in resaleable condition may be sent back to the original purchaser. 
  • You may request an exchange or replacement of your original order once. If you need to exchange again, you should return the items for a refund and then place a new order.
  • If you are returning items that were purchased as part of a kit or multipack and are keeping some of the items from that kit or multipack, we will charge you for the items you have kept and refund the difference. 
  • Sale items may only be exchanged like for like, you won't be able to change for different items for a different value.
  • Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel

You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.

In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.

Important: Refunds can only be credited against the payment method used to make the purchase.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order please send an e-mail during normal office hours using the contact form on the contact us page.

If the order has not shipped at the time we receive your request, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, we regret that we cannot call back the articles. Please see the return policy for returning your order and requesting a refund.
