If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. We do not cover the postage charge for sending back unwanted items or items for an exchange.
- Please do not send back used/worn items. Our Warehouse Manager has to personally handle the returns and she doesn't appreciate surprises of obviously worn pants.
- Items must be sent back in their original state in perfect resaleable condition. Items that are damaged or not in resaleable condition may be sent back to the original purchaser.
- You may request an exchange or replacement of your original order once. If you need to exchange again, you should return the items for a refund and then place a new order.
- If you are returning items that were purchased as part of a kit or multipack and are keeping some of the items from that kit or multipack, we will charge you for the items you have kept and refund the difference.
- If you choose to return any items that were purchased as part of a promotion (i.e. multibuy offer, free product offer) and by returning your order, your remaining total means you are no longer eligible for the original discount, promotion or free item, the value of that discount or item will be deducted from any refunds due.
- Sale items may only be exchanged like for like, you won't be able to change for different items for a different value or different style of pants.
- Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for a refund
- If you think your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, a description of the fault and a photo showing the fault.
- If the fault is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.
- We will not accept any liability for faulty items after six months of them being received as we cannot verify how the products have been used/cared for during this time. Most manufacturing faults will show up within the first couple of wears/washes
You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.
Important: Refunds can only be credited against the payment method used to make the purchase.

If the order has not shipped at the time we receive your request, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, we regret that we cannot call back the articles. Please see the return policy for returning your order and requesting a refund.
