What are the disadvantages of cloth pads?

Q: Aren't reusable sanitary pads like wearing a nappy?

Well, no.

This is me.  In my usual slobbing around the house sports leggings.  I think you'll agree that they couldn't really get much tighter, no?  Can you see my Cloth Sanitary Pad?  No.

How about in this one?

All you can see is just the flap underneath where it presses together.  This is one of our cotton Ultrapads, so they are a little bit thinner than our standard bamboo & plush pads, but it doesn't make an awful lot of difference.

So if you thought that wearing cloth sanitary pads would be like wearing a nappy, think again!
